In the condominium/residential arena we specialize in aluminum patio door and sliding window replacement.

We offer many top grade patio doors from manufacturers such as Citation, Starline, and Fleetwood. These doors have been installed in many condominiums throughout the coastal area from single unit replacements to entire buildings being retrofitted. You can see some examples of our patio door work at the Braemar Towers, Coral Seas, Bay One, and Sunset Bay Phase II. Starline sliding windows and Columbia single or double hung windows have been installed in many individual units in the beach areas. All of these products offer energy saving features such as thermal frames and insulated low E glazing which are important to today’s “green” consumers.

Along with replacement doors and windows we offer replacement glass for existing doors and windows. If your doors or windows are in good shape and have only “failed” insulated glass (which is indicated by cloudiness or moisture in between the panes) we can provide new glass. This can be done with upgrades such as muntins in the airspace (a pattern of grids) or energy saving upgrades such as a low E coating or argon in the air space.
